Personal Philosophy of Leadership
Like a leader is far more than simply possessing a leadership position or having the ability to lead. Everyone is competent of being an innovator, but not everyone exercises their leadership skills. Each person's idea of leadership is different. My personal idea of command has developed over time, and being a member of the President's Management Class provides helped me develop my idea of leadership further than what it was two months ago. My own philosophy of leadership is a ability to effect change through leading by simply example, taking initiative, and encouraging others. There are many things which may have affected my personal philosophy of leadership. A thing that has damaged me as being a leader is definitely my values. One of my own core values is responsibility. As a head, it is important I know what to do and what is anticipated of myself. When I are responsible being a leader, those I i am trying to lead are more willing to do the things i ask them to carry out. Another of my principles is admiration. In the past, I am often nice and tune in to the ideas of others even if they are not the easiest visitors to be around. In my experience, it has been easier to earn the respect of my constituents when I esteem them as well. My key beliefs can continue to affect my behavior as a innovator in the future. The development of my leadership philosophy is a result of observing my market leaders. One leader that has afflicted me a whole lot has been my dad. When my friend was clinically determined to have Lou Gehrig's disease, this individual did every he could to help away. He got constant care of my mom, continued to work from home, and allowed me to with school without ever complaining. I try to behave as he did during my leadership jobs. I do every thing willingly and help out as much as I can. I aim to maintain negativity away of previously stressful circumstances and try not to complain.
